Ingredients
1 ¾ cups superfine almond flour
¾ cup full-fat Greek yogurt
2 tbsp erythritol (or preferred keto sweetener)
Instructions
1. Mix almond flour, Greek yogurt, and sweetener until dough forms.
2. Shape into small rings or balls.
3. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
4. Place donuts in air fryer basket.
5. Cook for 7–8 minutes, flipping halfway.
6. Cool and add toppings if desired.
Notes
Use thick Greek yogurt to avoid sticky dough.
Chill dough before frying for cleaner shaping.
Store leftovers in the fridge for 3–4 days.
